She’s also demonstrated a unique ability to rapidly understand new technologies and adapt to varying work environments. Holding a paralegal certificate, she has a strong academic foundation which complements her practical experience. Her critical thinking, effective time management, proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, and her commitment to detail are integral to her work. Brenda Barber
Association Manager
Brenda Barber is a skilled Association Manager at BG Realty, where she expertly handles homeowner associations with precision and care. Brenda's career spans over 15 years in office management, property management, and accounting roles.
Before joining BG Realty, Brenda managed a wide array of administrative and financial operations as an Office Manager, responsible for creating and managing invoices, accounts receivable, and handling bank deposits. Her prior roles included multiple key positions such as Office Manager, Property Manager Supervisor, Accounts Payable Manager, and Payroll Manager. Her responsibilities encompassed maintaining office staff, ensuring the smooth operation of over seventy properties, managing seventy-five bank accounts, and leading payroll coordination. As a Property Manager Supervisor, Brenda managed homeowner associations, liaising closely with Boards of Directors and homeowners to maintain satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Her foundational experiences further honed her expertise in managing accounts payable, coordinating with various stakeholders, and overseeing homeowner associations for new developments.
