Monica Sanders is a Property Manager and Tax Credit Compliance specialist with over 11 years of experience in the industry. She currently works for BG Realty, where she is part of a team that values and appreciates its employees. Monica is a dedicated and compassionate individual who is always looking for ways to help others.

When she wins the lottery, Monica dreams of using her lottery winnings to start a non-profit homeless shelter in New Orleans, which she would name PNee's Place. She would also create a home for adolescents who are aging out or have already aged out of the foster system. Despite her grand plans, Monica has no intention of quitting her job at BG Realty because she truly loves what she does.

The best piece of advice Monica has ever been given is "if in doubt do without." This mantra has helped her to make difficult decisions in both her personal and professional life. When asked what advice she would give to someone who wants to join the team of superstars at BG Realty, Monica says "Do it! It's the best company to work for EVER."

Although Monica doesn't currently have any pets, she is a dog person at heart. Her favorite word that has no direct English translation is "fantabulous," a combination of fantastic and fabulous. The most inspiring part of her job is working for a company that values its employees and shows appreciation for their hard work. Monica also loves her tenants and enjoys building relationships with them.

If Monica were a pasta shape, she would be a fusilli because it's versatile and can be used in a variety of dishes. If she were a superhero, her superpower would be to help others with their problems, whether financial, emotional, or circumstantial. Monica is truly a superhero in the eyes of her tenants and colleagues at BG Realty.

Meet Taylor Taczak, BG Realty's reliable and efficient Office Administrator. With a background shrouded in mystery, Taylor thinks that if she wasn't a superhero in another life, she'd be a dinosaur. The best advice she's ever received is to let go of the idea that things could have been any different, and she applies this to both her personal and professional life.

When asked what advice she would give a candidate looking to join the team of superstars at BG Realty, Taylor says to be very open-minded. She is an individual who loves to see the world and is not partial to either cats or dogs but prefers lizards. She is enamored with the English word "Wanderlust" as she has a passion for traveling and exploring new places. Her favorite word that has no direct translation in English is "Mepak," which means pleasure derived from simple joys.

If Taylor were a superhero, her superpower would be super speed, allowing her to accomplish tasks with lightning-fast precision. When asked which pasta shape she would be, she opted for "Good Noodle," which speaks volumes about her enthusiasm for her work.

Currently holding the position of Office Admin, Taylor has been in the industry for two years. Her favorite aspect of her job is seeing the showing calendar fill up, which indicates the busy and bustling nature of the real estate industry.
