BG Realty & Management works with a network of trusted, licensed, and insured vendors to support the residential, commercial, and association properties we manage across Louisiana and Florida.

If you are interested in being added to our approved vendor list, please review the requirements below and complete the vendor registration form. Submission of the form does not guarantee approval. Vendors will be reviewed and approved at our discretion based on compliance, experience, and current service needs.

Vendor Requirements

To be considered for approval, vendors must meet the following minimum requirements:


  • Active business license applicable to your trade and service area
  • General Liability Insurance meeting industry standards
  • Workers’ Compensation Insurance where required by law
  • Professional licensing for applicable trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
  • W-9 form on file
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with our team
  • Willingness to follow BG Realty & Management’s work order, invoicing, and approval processes

Additional documentation may be required depending on the scope of work performed.

Important Vendor Policies

Please note the following expectations for vendors working with BG Realty & Management:


  • All work must be authorized in advance through our management team
  • Invoices must reference the property address and work order number
  • Vendors are expected to carry themselves professionally when on site
  • Pricing must be competitive, transparent, and clearly itemized
  • BG Realty & Management reserves the right to remove vendors from our approved list at any time
