Buddy Glass

Founder & Owner

With over two decades of experience in commercial banking, real estate investing, and property management, Buddy Glass leads a team of dedicated professionals at BG Realty and Management LLC. The company offers a wide range of property management services, including HOA, commercial, single-family, multi-family, and property maintenance services, proudly serving Lake Charles, Lafayette, Baton Rouge, and other regions across Louisiana, as well as Southwest Florida.


Buddy is a detail-oriented professional known for his exceptional client service and financial expertise. As an

innovative leader, he builds quality teams and employs the latest technological approaches in the industry. Buddy has developed effective strategies using SEO and Google to enhance services and add value for clients. Under his leadership, BG Realty specializes in serving multi-family investors with large apartment complexes. His proven track record of success has earned him the highest respect of clients and industry peers alike.


Originally from Florida and now a longtime resident of Louisiana, Buddy attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where he excelled both academically and athletically as a baseball pitcher. He began his career in commercial banking, gaining invaluable insights into lending and real estate investments. His entrepreneurial spirit soon led him to real estate investing, where he achieved remarkable success. Encouraged by his peers, Buddy founded BG Realty, diving deep into the property management industry in Lafayette. Through his experiences, he has grown a strong and vibrant business serving communities he feels deeply connected to. He takes pride in the company culture he has fostered at BG Realty. In his free time, Buddy enjoys golfing, fishing, and traveling. He is a loving husband and devoted father of three children.

Dena Saltzman

Regional Property Manager

Dena Saltzman brings over 31 years of real-world property management experience to BG Realty and Management, which has proven invaluable to the BG team. Dena’s got extensive knowledge and experience in a variety of conventional and affordable housing multi-family properties, including Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), tax-exempt bonds, project-based Section 8 and HOME programs, as well as implementing multi-layered financing programs, property compliance, and HUD reporting.

Basically, she’s kind of the cat’s pajamas around the office. Nothing drives Dena like taking something that is underperforming for an owner and working to make it shine. Her tactics? Property analysis and budgeting, as well as expense and delinquency reduction, just to name a few. At the end of the workday, Dena takes pride in knowing that she has done her best to represent the interest of both her property owners and residents. Not bad for a gal from Sour Lake, Texas.


Dena has three children, eight grandchildren, and one great-grandson. She especially looks forward to spending time with family, especially on Fridays when they get together for "Mexican Friday.” Although she is a native Texan, Dena loves Lafayette and calls it home.

Randy Babin

Randy Babin

Maintenance Supervisor

A true veteran of the construction industry, Randy Babin brings over 25 years of real life experience to BG Realty. In addition to possessing knowledge that runs the gamut from project management to independent contracting, Randy has spent significant time in a number of markets in the south: Georgia, Fort Myers, Florida, Pensacola, Florida, Chattanooga, Tennessee, Mobile, Alabama, Gulf shores, Alabama, as well as Baton Rouge, just to name a few.

In his spare time, Randy makes the most of the ‘Sportsman’s Paradise’ that is Louisiana by hunting and fishing. Randy loves his job, and as such, considers himself a bit of a workaholic. Randy expects nothing but the best from himself, and that goes for the team he works with as well. Never one to shy away from a challenge, Randy is a perfectionist who thinks people should take pride in the work they do.

Vickie Vincent

Senior Community Association Manager

Vickie Vincent serves as a Senior Community Association Manager at BG Realty & Management LLC, bringing nearly a decade of hands-on and director-level HOA management experience to the team. In her role, Vickie manages her own portfolio of associations while also overseeing the day-to-day operations of BGR’s HOA division—supporting staff, refining processes, and ensuring the consistent, high-quality service that our communities expect.

Vickie joined BGR after serving as General Manager and Director of Association Management at PMI Integrity Properties, where she led the operations of more than 60 HOA communities. Her background includes developing and implementing HOA policies, conducting regular community inspections, coordinating vendor contracts, managing architectural review (ACC/ARC) processes, preparing board and annual meeting materials, and supporting board members through both operational needs and long-term planning.

Previously, Vickie worked as an HOA Community Manager, giving her deep, practical experience in resident communication, violations, compliance, maintenance coordination, governing document administration, and vendor oversight. She also brings the unique advantage of having served as Board President of Sugar Mill Pond, where she supported developers, assisted with community operations, and trained community managers—providing her with perspective from both the management and board side of HOA operations.

Known for her leadership, strong communication skills, and comprehensive understanding of HOA management, Vickie is committed to helping associations operate smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with their governing documents. Her ability to build strong relationships with board members, homeowners, vendors, and staff makes her a tremendous asset to BGR and to every community we serve
